To cancel any part of your participation, a written request must be received via email to info@grassland.org.za on or before 1 July 2025. No-shows will be liable to pay their registration fees in full!
Requests for refunds should be accompanied by official banking details (bank statement, or confirmation on bank letterhead). A 10 % administration fee will be deducted from all refunds.
If a delegate is replaced by another delegate for any part of Congress 60, a written request must be received via email on or before 17h00 on 1 July 2025. Substitutions thereafter will attract a 10 % administration fee. Substitutions are expected to complete the registration process as a new delegate before attending Congress 60 or any of the workshops.
If a delegate registers at the early bird rate but fails to make the payment before the stated date, he/she will be liable for the difference in amounts.
The delegate will be liable to pay any outstanding costs if his/her organisation fails to do so.
No refunds will be given for any ticket bought after 1 July 2025.
If you accidentally bought an incorrect ticket, please send an email to the Administrator immediately at info@grassland.org.za to request assistance.
ALL CONGRESS PRESENTERS are expected to register and attend. If not, your presentation will be removed from the program. If a payment or purchase order is not received by 15 June 2025, your presentation will be withdrawn from the program.
